TwentyInch Burial - The Wicker Man (2003)

Song : The Wicker Man
Performer : TwentyInch Burial
Origin: Lisbon, Portugal
Album : Heavy Metal is the Law, EP 2003

Hamerex is metalcore act from Lisbon Portugal but seems to split up now. They were young and wicked, the headline news is for being in concert and ended up mesh with local police. This is a metalcore version of The Wicker Man of Iron Maiden from Brave New World album. It's just hit the market and TwentyInch Burial covered it just in couple of years later. The growl vocal can fit The Wicker Man. The solos in The Wicker Man is always need careful attention, the staccato open string section is always tricky to covered, if not performed in best way will give the impression of hit and missed there. In this version its audible to get the guitar hit and missed the lead. The intro riff also re-arrange in new guitar tune and feel.

Only a for fun listening.
